7Days return window for the following cases
- Defects in item purchased
- Wrong size or wrong item sent by Sandiez collection
- All item to be returned for refund or exchange must be in re-sellable condition in its Orignal packaging with tags in tact.
The following conditions can not be returned or exchanged
- Cancellations are not accepted
- wrong size chosen by a customer (we urge you to confirm your size using our size chart before making a purchase, also get familiar with our basic dress and pant lengths)
- Defects in item caused by customers
Please note the following

logistics fee for returning an item would be paid by the customer

in the case of a refund, shipping fees would be subtracted from amount paid

in the case of an exchange, you can only exchange with the values worth or the item purchased or something of higher value and top up

you should consider using a trackable shipping service for item worth £50 and above or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
