Refund policy

7Days return window for the following cases
  • Defects in item purchased 
  • Wrong size or wrong item sent by Sandiez collection 
  • All item to be returned for refund or exchange must be in re-sellable condition in its Orignal packaging with tags in tact.

The following conditions can not be returned or exchanged 

  • Cancellations are not accepted 
  • wrong size chosen by a customer (we urge you to confirm your size using our size chart before making a purchase, also get familiar with our basic dress and pant lengths) 
  • Defects in item caused by customers

Please note the following 

  • logistics fee for returning an item would be paid by the customer 
  • in the case of a refund, shipping fees would be subtracted from amount paid 
  • in the case of an exchange, you can only exchange with the values worth or the item purchased or something of higher value and top up 
  • you should consider using a trackable shipping service for item worth £50 and above or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

refund takes 2-3 business days after receiving the item returned.

Items bought on SALE cannot be refunded
